Is the trolley always on time?
The first tour begins at 10:45 and the last tour starts at 3:15pm. Year-round the trolleys arrive approx. every 90 minutes, seven days a week. Waiting times between trolleys can vary, however, depending on the unexpected road closures/traffic. Wait times at each trolley stop are not guaranteed due to the uncertainty of Dallas traffic.
What is the difference between the City of Dallas Tour and the Hop-On Hop-Off Tour?
Great Question! These two tours are actually on the same trolley and you see and learn about all of the same iconic places! The only difference is that that Hop-On Hop-Off Tour allows you to hop off at any of these locations, and to hop back on later or the next day at any of our stops (you get a second day for free with the hop on hop off tour and it’s only $5.00 more – so if you have the time, it’s a great fun option). They are both awesome!
If I have my ticket, can I hop on the trolley at any of the 14 stops?
Yes, you if purchased a Hop ticket you can hop on the trolley at any of our 14 stops. Please wave your arms and get the trolley drivers attention. Wave like you are “On Fire” and we will see you and stop. 1 loop around ticket CANNOT Hop on – Hop off.
Can I buy tickets at the ticket booth with credit card?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the booth with credit, debit or cash.
Where is the best parking?
The easiest parking is behind the old school book depository building located at 411 Elm St. Dallas, TX 75202. $10 for All Day.
Are any of your tour guides bilingual?
Tours are in English only.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final and no cancellations are allowed.

Our trolleys hold 34 passengers.
What if it is bad weather, will the tour still run?
Yes, the trolleys will run on schedule rain or shine. The trolleys are enclosed so you will be dry and comfy.
